What happens if our plans change?
If your plans change, we work with you, not against you. Dates, group numbers and room types can usually be adjusted with notice. Most parts of a trip can be moved or refunded within our cancellation window, which we explain clearly before you pay. We would rather keep a happy customer than hold a strict rule, and that approach has served our guests well for years.
