Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all tours and packages booked with Dubai Tour Packages. When you confirm a booking, you agree to them. We have written them in plain English so there are no surprises.

Quotes and bookings

When you send an enquiry, we reply with a quote and a suggested plan. A booking is only confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a written confirmation. Until then, prices and availability can change, especially in peak season.

Prices and what is included

All prices are per person on twin sharing, in AED, unless we state otherwise. Each package price includes the hotel, daily breakfast, return airport transfers, the tours listed in the itinerary, a private vehicle, an English-speaking guide and all taxes. Group rates apply for six or more travellers.

What is not included

International flights and the UAE entry visa are not included, though we can arrange visas as a paid add-on. Lunches and dinners not listed in the itinerary, personal expenses, optional activities and gratuities are also extra. We will always tell you clearly what your quote does and does not cover.

Payment and deposit

We take a deposit to confirm your booking and lock your price, with the balance due before you travel. We will agree the exact amounts and dates with you in writing. The price we quote is the price you pay, with no hidden booking fees.

Changes and cancellations

Plans change, and we try to be flexible. Dates, room types and group numbers can usually be adjusted with reasonable notice. Cancellation terms depend on how close you are to travel and on our suppliers' rules, so we explain the exact terms in your written confirmation before you pay.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for valid passports, visas and travel insurance for everyone in your group, and for being ready at the agreed pick-up times. Please tell us in advance about medical needs, mobility needs or anything that affects activities like the desert safari, so we can plan safely.

Safety and changes to tours

Your safety comes first. Weather, road conditions or events outside our control may mean we adjust or reschedule part of a tour. If that happens, we will offer a fair alternative. We follow local rules and use licensed guides and insured vehicles.

Liability

We take great care to deliver your trip as planned. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as flight delays, weather or actions of third parties. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled under that law.
