Planning a group trip to Dubai
How do group discounts work?
Group discounts work on a simple rule: the bigger your group, the lower the price per person. Rates improve from six travellers, and ten or more get our best pricing. This is because hotels and tours cost us less per head at volume, and we pass that saving on. You get one clear per-person price for the whole group, with no hidden extras.
What size groups do you handle?
We handle everything from a single traveller to a party of 100 or more. One person or a couple slots neatly into our set journeys, while groups of 20, 30, 50 or 100 get a fully custom plan with blocked hotel rooms and the right private vehicles, from sedans and SUVs to Land Cruisers, vans and coaches. Over the years we have run solo trips, family reunions, friend groups, company retreats and destination weddings, so no group size or occasion is new to us.
Do you arrange corporate and incentive trips?
Yes, we plan corporate trips, conferences and incentive travel alongside leisure groups. That can include meeting space, group dinners, team activities and airport VIP service on top of the usual tours. One coordinator manages the whole programme, so your office has a single point of contact instead of a dozen suppliers to chase.
How far ahead should you book?
For a group, the earlier you book, the better the choice and the price. We suggest reaching out at least four to six weeks ahead for larger groups, so we can block enough rooms together. That said, we have pulled together great trips on shorter notice too. Send us your dates as soon as you have them, even rough ones, and we will start the plan.

The custom quote is free and comes with no obligation. You share your group size, dates, budget and any must-dos, and we design a day-by-day plan with one all-inclusive price. We adjust it until it feels right for your group. Once you confirm, we handle the hotels, transport, tours and visas, and look after you around the clock during the trip.
