What you will do on a Dubai desert safari

We collect you from your hotel in an air-conditioned 4x4. Then we drive out to the red dunes for about 20 minutes of dune bashing. After that you reach our desert camp.

At the camp you can ride a camel, try sandboarding and get henna art. You can dress in Arabic robes for photos. In the evening you watch the sun set over the dunes. Then you enjoy live shows and a BBQ dinner before we drive you back.

Morning vs evening desert safari: which is better?

The evening safari is better for most people. You get the sunset, dinner and live shows, all in one trip. The morning safari is shorter and cooler, with no dinner. It is a good pick if you want a calmer half-day or you have plans that night.

Is the Dubai desert safari worth it?

Yes. In our 15 years running tours in Dubai, the desert safari is the trip guests rate the highest. You get a lot in one evening: the dunes, a camel ride, a sunset, dinner and a show. For the price, it is the best value day out in Dubai.
